Cancellation Policy
♡ Appointment reminders are always sent. That being said, If you cancel or no-show the same day you will have to send a new deposit in order to book a new appointment.
♡ If you need to reschedule your appointment please do so 24 hours+ before your appointment starting time. A new deposit will be required if you reschedule during the 24 hour mark before your appointment.
♡ I only have a 10 minute grace period so we have 5 minutes to get started. If you come later than 10 minutes your appointment will be canceled and a new deposit will be required.
♡ You are asked to please come with clean lashes. If you know your lashes will not be clean, book a lash bath with your service.
♡ I do not work on foreign lashes so if you need a removal please book a removal so we have adequate time.
♡ I do not allow usage of cell phones during your service
♡ I do not allow any extra guest or kids
