♡ Appointment reminders are always sent. That being said, If you cancel or no-show the same day you will have to send a new deposit in order to book a new appointment. ♡ If you need to reschedule your appointment please do so 24 hours+ before your appointment starting time. A new deposit will be required if you reschedule during the 24 hour mark before your appointment. ♡ I only have a 10 minute grace period so we have 5 minutes to get started. If you come later than 10 minutes your appointment will be canceled and a new deposit will be required. ♡ You are asked to please come with clean lashes. If you know your lashes will not be clean, book a lash bath with your service. ♡ I do not work on foreign lashes so if you need a removal please book a removal so we have adequate time. ♡ I do not allow usage of cell phones during your service ♡ I do not allow any extra guest or kids ♡ BY BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO ABIDE TO OUR POLICIES ♡ Your payment covers not only the service itself but also the artist’s time, products, and other expenses used to create your experience. Therefore, no refunds will be given on services, products, or cancellation fees. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns. If an adjustment is necessary to meet your expectations, we will happily schedule a follow-up appointment at no additional charge.
